What you'll do

• Use guest feedback to improve service and satisfaction
• develop plans to improve server attentiveness and table cleanliness
• train service and kitchen personnel
• ensure safety, sanitation, and security guidelines are followed
• reinforce suggestive selling and menu-journey behaviors
• maintain product, service, and quality standards
• promote margaritas and craft cocktails as part of the dining experience
• create a welcoming atmosphere.
