What you'll do

• Monitor production schedules and identify workflow or delivery risks
• verify product quality and inspection requirements
• adjust machine parameters
• perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections
• train and mentor team members
• create, modify, and complete nesting programs
• operate and troubleshoot laser cutting systems and fault codes
• maintain productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• support continuous improvement
• use measuring tools, power tools, forklifts, and cranes safely.
