IT Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to employee technology questions and manage support tickets through the ticketing system, email, phone, and RingCentral chat
• troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and account issues and escalate complex problems
• coordinate equipment distribution, returns, replacements, and repairs
• maintain inventory and software records
• assist with onboarding and offboarding, account setup, password reset coordination, equipment preparation, and access documentation
• support Microsoft 365 applications
• track IT projects and action items
• maintain IT documentation and protect confidential information
• follow IT procedures and cybersecurity and data security requirements
• support cross-department projects.
