What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment according to sanitation and food safety guidelines
• operate the dishwasher and inspect items
• store clean items
• maintain cleaning equipment
• keep the dishwashing area safe and clean
• load and unload supplies
• remove and sort trash
• assist with food preparation and tray or banquet setup as required
• and sweep and mop floors.
