What you'll do

• Provide care and report progress
• assist with feeding, restroom needs, dressing, medication administration, and first aid
• support meal planning, shopping, and preparation
• help maintain safe living environments and complete housekeeping
• transport clients or arrange public transportation
• support social and communication skills and community integration
• participate in Person-Centered Support Plan teams.
