Project Engineer

What you'll do

• Be available and responsive off shift, at night, and on weekends as needed
• perform jobsite layout and survey functions
• prepare project documentation and submittals
• coordinate utility locates and updates
• obtain quotes and coordinate purchase orders and materials
• attend progress meetings and record minutes
• manage change orders and schedules
• prepare progress reports
• maintain physical and electronic document control
• track costs and prepare project invoicing, time-and-material billings, and claims
• use Foundation Accounting Software
• prepare CAD and technical drawings as required
• coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• check work against plans and specifications
• maintain contract document sets and onsite inventory.
