What you'll do

• Screen and route written, electronic, and telephone communications
• set appointments
• open and manage repair orders
• create and close invoices
• maintain files in the CCC estimating system
• update customers during repairs
• support departmental accounts payable and receivable
• answer phone lines
• greet collision-center customers
• perform data entry and other administrative duties.
