The CDL Driver - Residential is an onsite role based in Shiocton, WI. Compensation is $22.50+/hour, supporting GFL Environmental's residential waste collection team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient collection of solid waste and recyclables from curbside and backdoor routes. The driver operates specialized collection vehicles and ensures that all waste is transported to appropriate facilities in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Operate residential/recycling collection trucks

• perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• communicate mechanical issues
• maintain route quality
• follow safety standards
• maintain vehicle cleanliness
• tag prohibited items
• manage helpers
• maintain service records.
