What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• validate demographic and insurance information at check-in
• prepare registration paperwork
• verify insurance eligibility
• collect copayments, balances, and estimated fees and arrange payment plans
• communicate physician schedule delays
• schedule follow-up and physical therapy appointments
• provide care summaries, orders, and provider-prescribed educational information
• cover front desks at other locations as requested.
