Restoration Assistant Project Manager

Job overview

The Restoration Assistant Project Manager role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with pay of $22–$23 per hour. Cotton provides restoration, recovery, construction, and related services, including support during disaster events and large development projects. The role assists with project direction and coordination, helping keep work on schedule and within budget while maintaining service quality. It supports communication among operations, clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and project managers, and helps ensure project documentation and safety processes are in place.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily with operations and the project manager
• update clients and insurance adjusters
• maintain project budgets and communicate job status
• assist with site safety plans and toolbox meetings
• maintain signed contracts and required forms
• process files and draft daily project management reviews
• participate in safety investigations
• support subcontractor and supplier hiring and daily restoration activities.
