What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement nursing practice following comprehensive assessment and plan of care.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient services.
• Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education.
• Coordinate hospice services with the interdisciplinary group.
• Provide pain and symptom management and evaluate patient response to treatments.
