The Security Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Waukee, IA; pay is $21 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to customers and communities. The supervisor coordinates security service delivery on an assigned shift and serves as a liaison among security officers, site leadership, and field operations. The role supports consistent service through staff supervision, coaching, and response to routine and crisis situations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on the assigned shift
• act as liaison between site leadership, account or field operations management, and officers
• provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines
• prepare written reports and logs
