What you'll do

• Operate and maintain heavy motorized equipment, including dozers, scrapers, loaders, excavators, and compactors
• excavate, grade, and compact land surfaces
• load soil and other materials into trucks for transport
• use mobile radios to coordinate tasks and resources
• follow safety plans, maintenance instructions, training materials, warning tags, traffic signs, and procedures
• and work independently or as part of a team. Extended hours, evenings, and weekends may be required. Experience requirements vary by operator level: 2+ years for Operator 1, 5+ years for Operator 2, and 10+ years for Operator 3.
