What you'll do

• Analyze and design electric distribution systems (4kV-35kV), including new line extensions, system upgrades, and reliability improvements.
• Map and inventory existing overhead and underground distribution systems in the field.
• Develop construction work packages using GIS, AutoCAD, and client-specific design tools.
• Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and protective device coordination.
• Prepare engineering deliverables such as unit lists, material lists, construction contracts, and construction specifications.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

Experience

2-5+ years of experience in electric distribution engineering
