Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate role is hybrid in Oshkosh, WI: after in-person training and an onsite period, working from home in Wisconsin may be an option, generally after 3–6 months. Pay is $17 per hour. The role supports 4imprint’s accounting department and interacts with vendors and customers. The position helps keep vendor payments and accounting records accurate by processing invoices, reconciling reports and statements, and responding to inquiries. It also supports vendor credit and freight invoice processing and participates in training and professional development.

• Review, match, and process vendor invoices
• reconcile internal reports and vendor statements
• assist with vendor credit memos and freight invoices for payment
• respond to customer and vendor inquiries
• participate in training classes and seek professional development.
