What you'll do

• Implement proactive quality-management activities
• collaborate with RDQA functions and clinical development leaders
• oversee quality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• develop risk identification and mitigation strategies
• establish quality measures and drive regional quality strategy
• oversee governance and regulatory preparedness
• support supplier visits, audits, and health authority inspections
• conduct audits as required and review corrective action plans
• mentor AREA managers and associates.
