The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time Home-Based ABA role is onsite in a client’s home in Gilbert, AZ. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. The role supports BehaviorCare Therapy’s work with children and families through home-based ABA services. The technician provides one-to-one, play-based ABA support under treatment plans designed by a licensed BCBA. The work helps a child build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence, while tracking session progress and coordinating with the BCBA and family.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with a child in the home using play-based ABA techniques
• follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• record session progress using a phone or tablet data system
• coordinate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• provide families with feedback about sessions.
