Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor — Rotating Shifts

What you'll do

• Coordinate resident care and nursing units
• verify staffing and redistribute as needed
• collaborate with charge nurses
• make resident rounds
• ensure care plans are followed
• provide medication passes or direct care as needed
• reinforce staff training
• respond to emergencies
• support safety and security
• review incident reports
• monitor meal service
• assist with quality improvement.
