What you'll do

• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately to dealership and factory standards
• diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs
• obtain parts through the parts department
• examine vehicles for additional safety or service work and notify the service advisor or team leader
• document work performed
• road-test vehicles when required
• supervise assigned apprentices
• attend factory-sponsored training
• follow safety, hazardous-waste, and dealership procedures.
