What you'll do

• Develop and implement job-skills training and required in-service education
• support employee health monitoring for nursing department employees
• regularly assess CNA skills, resident interactions, and developmental needs
• provide one-on-one instruction when needed
• train new staff in deficient areas before they perform the task with a resident.
