The MRI Technician role is onsite at 455 Tollgate Road, Warwick, RI, with compensation not specified. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., for 36 hours per week. The technician supports the Magnetic Resonance Imaging department at a healthcare client. The technician prepares and positions patients, performs MRI examinations, and produces high-quality diagnostic images. The role also includes patient screening and education, data and image handling, radiation-safety procedures, equipment checks, and maintaining a clean and orderly imaging department.

What you'll do

• Prepare and position patients
• select anatomic and technical parameters for cross-sectional imaging
• perform patient pre-screening, scheduling, and examination education
• enter and monitor patient data
• transfer images and develop film
• follow radiation-safety procedures
• submit high-quality images and documentation to PACS
• report equipment problems
• maintain clean and orderly department areas.
