Description
Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses and needs. Formulates nutrition assessment and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Recommends and documents nutrition treatment findings and plans. Consults in/outpatients on diet rationale for self-management.
