The IT Consultant role is hybrid in New York, NY, with compensation of $70,000–$80,000 per year. The schedule is 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, with one to two fixed days onsite at headquarters and one to two days at client offices; the posting anticipates a transition to fully onsite at headquarters later in the year. The consultant provides technical support across client environments, manages devices and identity platforms, and assists with IT deployments and onboarding and offboarding. The role helps clients operate effectively by maintaining systems, documenting standards, and building strong working relationships.

What you'll do

• Provide dedicated technical support across client accounts
• assist with IT project deployments, including mobile device management rollouts and network configurations
• configure and support Mac and Windows devices
• manage physical assets and workspace
• support Okta and Google Workspace identity platforms
• update standards, policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
• configure onboarding and offboarding automations
• facilitate equipment shipments
• travel to client sites in New York on scheduled or emergency case-by-case basis
• perform other IT tasks.
