What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, coach, and hold detail team members accountable
• manage workflow for sold, used, and new vehicles
• prioritize work by delivery commitments and department capacity
• track vehicle status
• communicate completion estimates and updates
• escalate delivery risks, staffing, equipment, supply, damage, and workflow issues
• inspect completed vehicles
• address quality and process concerns
• control keys and vehicle locations
• maintain a clean, safe department and adequate supplies
• coordinate with sales, service, parts, collision, vendors, and support teams.
