What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers with gaming needs, promotions, and trade-ins
• process purchases and returns
• answer customer calls
• assist with staffing and customer-service supervision
• use solution-selling techniques
• support reservations and rewards programs
• assist with training associates
• maintain store safety and organization
• help with inventory, stocking, and sales goals
• reconcile transactions and complete closeout paperwork
• check shipments
• make bank deposits as required
• supervise and delegate tasks in management’s absence
• verify hours and close out payroll week in management’s absence.

Why this role
