The Catering Event Set-Up Team Member role is onsite in Camp Hill, PA, with work at various event venues. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, with a $2.00-per-hour late-night differential for shifts starting after 10 p.m. The JDK Group’s events team prepares equipment and spaces to help bring clients’ event plans to life. The team member prepares, transports, sets up, breaks down, and returns event rental items. The role supports accurate, safe, and complete event setups by following rental orders and diagrams, maintaining equipment and storage areas, and coordinating with operations and logistics staff.

What you'll do

• Load, transport, set up, and break down rental equipment at event venues
• match inventory to rental orders and address discrepancies onsite
• follow venue protocols and site instructions
• clean, maintain, and store equipment
• operate box trucks, transit vans, lift gates, straps, dollies, and hand trucks safely
• follow rental diagrams and paperwork
• communicate timelines, issues, and equipment status to the Operations & Logistics Manager
• assist with catering equipment testing
• maintain clean vehicles and organized warehouse space
• and guide new team members as needed.
