What you'll do

• Oversee clinical and counseling services
• supervise and support individual and group therapists
• provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff
• review and update treatment protocols
• oversee family programming
• coordinate enrichment, wellness, and spiritual programming
• review assessments and treatment plans
• participate in weekly treatment team meetings
• provide therapy as needed based on staffing
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff
• collaborate with staff and management
• serve in a Manager on Call leadership rotation as assigned.
