The Clinical Liaison (Registered Nurse) role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with pay of $90,000–$110,000 per year. The liaison advocates for patients through referral and admission, helping them reach an appropriate level of care. The role builds referral relationships, educates patients and families about hospice services, and coordinates communication and follow-up between referral sources and clinical teams.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Two years of clinical nursing experience, including case management, is preferred.
