Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care in Larimore, ND. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. They collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring it aligns with age and population-specific standards.
What you'll do
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, provide resident education and various other nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Experience
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
