Assistant General Manager – Allentown

What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations in line with policies, procedures, standards, training, and culture
• support and develop team members
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• maintain office organization
• coach Service Managers and employees
• support guest experience, food cost, and labor cost goals.
