What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas
• pick up trash and debris
• assist with exterior building and community upkeep
• remove pet waste as needed
• support curb appeal and property cleanup
• coordinate daily priorities with maintenance and property management.
