What you'll do

• Install, clean, service, and maintain ice machines
• assist with troubleshooting and routine inspections
• document service visits with required photos, forms, reports, and logs
• maintain truck stock and vehicle cleanliness
• pick up and deliver ice as needed
• identify and report additional customer service needs
• facilitate accurate customer payments
• assist with equipment shutdown or removal when necessary
• follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
