What you'll do

• Use, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment and preparation and storage areas
• stock stations before line checks or rush periods
• stock and rotate products within shelf-life standards
• prepare items to guest requests and company standards
• portion products accurately and follow recipes and FIFO standards
• maintain kitchen, prep, cooler, and storage cleanliness
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• communicate deficiencies and safety issues
• assist with dishes and front-of-house cleanliness
• cooperate with front-of-house staff.
