What you'll do

• Lead financial, accounting, treasury, and investor-relations activities
• develop financing strategy and support fundraising
• oversee financial planning, reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, budgets, audits, and equity administration
• manage working capital, cost optimization, and cash forecasting
• coordinate risk-management coverage
• lead investor and Board communications
• lead M&A, licensing, and strategic partnership transactions
• collaborate on corporate strategy and support Legal, Compliance, and People teams on financial and regulatory matters.
