Construction Project Manager – Framing and Concrete

What you'll do

• Review bid documents, plans, and specifications
• develop schedules and scopes
• participate in pre-construction meetings
• coordinate procurement, equipment rental, and subcontractor buyout
• establish budgets and track costs
• maintain CPM schedules
• coordinate field operations
• conduct site visits
• manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• monitor costs and forecasts
• review invoices and process billings
• lead project meetings
• support field teams
• enforce safety and quality requirements
• coordinate inspections.
