Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success Lead — Remote

The Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success Lead role is remote, with candidates required to be located in Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, or Atlanta. The lead owns relationships with 20 to 25 strategic customers, helping them realize value, renew, and expand their use of Ketch. By defining success measures, identifying risk and growth opportunities, and bringing customer feedback to Product, the role supports retention and customer advocacy.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders from daily users to executive sponsors
• maintain contact beyond renewals
• define success metrics and demonstrate customer ROI
• run executive business reviews and account plans
• use the Success-at-Scale signal framework to identify churn and renewal risk
• identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Executives
• own account escalations and share customer feedback with Product.
