Member Services Specialist (Weekends)

The Member Services Specialist (Weekends) role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD, with pay of $17 per hour. As a first point of contact, the specialist helps members, guests, and staff access information and services while maintaining membership records and supporting office operations. The role also assists with tours, payments, reservations, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• provide information about programs, services, and events
• greet members and visitors
• conduct facility tours for prospective members
• process payments
• perform clerical work and maintain records and membership database
• update internal directories
• assist with daily deposits
• improve office and membership service processes
• manage pickleball court reservations
• perform light cleaning and project support.
