The Home Care Aide Companion Caregiver role is an onsite, part-time, field-based position serving clients in Livermore, CA, and surrounding communities including Tracy, Mountain House, Manteca, Lathrop, and Stockton. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare of Livermore supports clients in maintaining independence, comfort, and quality of life at home. The caregiver provides personal care, household assistance, companionship, and supervision tailored to client needs. The role also supports continuity of care by observing and reporting changes in condition and documenting completed services, while assisting with errands and appointments when authorized.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and laundry
• provide companionship, conversation, supervision, and emotional support
• assist with errands and appointments when authorized
• observe and report changes in client condition
• accurately document completed care.
