What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down Unit
• assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and reassess care
• communicate changes in clinical condition, diagnostic results, and symptoms to physicians
• respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response
• perform general nursing duties with adequate supervision
• and participate in performance improvement and CQI activities. Current Florida RN licensure and American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
