The Seasonal Store Manager, Toy Shop role is onsite in Keller, TX, with approximately 40 hours per week and store hours Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. RSM is an experiential marketing agency that partners with major retailers to create in-person brand experiences. The manager leads daily operations for a temporary holiday toy shop, supports the seasonal team, and maintains a welcoming, customer-ready store. The role contributes to the holiday program by coordinating staffing, merchandising, customer service, reporting, and store readiness.

What you'll do

• Ensure staff report for opening and closing and prepare the store for customers
• assign daily zones and breaks
• work alongside the team and cover priority roles during peak periods
• coordinate approved back-stock replenishment
• monitor inventory presentation, shelf conditions, pricing, signage, and out-of-stocks
• oversee POS procedures, shift handoffs, escalations, and end-of-day reconciliation
• manage attendance, timekeeping, and performance issues through approved channels
• complete checklists, photos, sales and traffic reports, incident reports, and supply requests
• resolve or escalate customer, security, safety, technology, and facility issues.
