What you'll do

• Develop, review, and execute test plans and scripts
• follow SQA work instructions
• submit and track product issues
• lead defect-scrub and milestone hand-off meetings
• use required testing databases
• contribute to project status and completion reports
• participate in root-cause analysis
• communicate issues to product-development teams
• reproduce issues to support resolution
• manage project escalations
• contribute to process improvements
• mentor associate SQA engineers.
