What you'll do

• Manage assigned accounts and develop account plans
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• prospect and cultivate target accounts
• serve as primary contact for stakeholders
• coordinate proposals, service agreements, and project delivery with internal teams
• track account performance in CRM
• provide market feedback and competitive intelligence
• identify potential leads for Atlantic Forklift Services
• follow safety protocols during customer interactions and site visits.
