What you'll do

• Lead daily operations across production scheduling, machining, quality, and shipping
• coach CNC machinists and programmers
• ensure conformance to tolerances and quality expectations
• improve flow, reduce waste, and increase OEE
• manage workflow for multi-axis mills and lathes
• champion safety and quality systems
• collaborate with engineering and programming
• track productivity, utilization, and throughput KPIs
• manage hiring, training, and performance
• support quoting accuracy and cost control.
