The Float Phlebotomist / Front Desk role is an onsite position based at One Medical’s Fairfax Mosaic office in Fairfax, VA, with floating coverage at offices in Arlington, Reston, and Tyson. Compensation is $24.25–$26.25 per hour. One Medical provides primary care through in-office and virtual services, including on-site labs and preventive and chronic care programs. This role supports patients’ care journeys by providing venipuncture and other clinical support while helping deliver a smooth office experience. It combines specimen collection and processing, patient intake and scheduling, insurance-related support, front-desk tasks, and coordination with providers and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide venipuncture and other clinical support, which may include specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs. Label, handle, and process specimens
• maintain inventory and sterilize tools. Support patient intake, scheduling, follow-up, insurance verification, check-in and check-out, patient messages, lab follow-up, clerical tasks, office upkeep, and team coordination.
