The Semiconductor Fabrication Operator I role is onsite in Roseville, CA. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Bosch is expanding its semiconductor business at the Roseville site, where silicon carbide semiconductors are planned for production on 200-millimeter wafers. This entry-level operator assists with semiconductor manufacturing by learning equipment operation, following procedures, and supporting product quality under experienced operators’ guidance. The work helps maintain safe, compliant production and builds foundational skills for advancement in semiconductor manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Complete equipment-operation training and certification
• operate assigned fabrication and test or measurement equipment under supervision
• follow written specifications
• maintain production records
• follow safety and cleanroom protocols, including gowning and wafer handling
• respond to material discrepancies under direction
• keep the work area organized
• support equipment setup, product staging, and lot transportation.
