What you'll do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery
• manage backlog health, prioritization, sprint readiness, testing, release governance, and post-release monitoring
• translate strategy into epics, features, user stories, and requirements
• coordinate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, sales, servicing, and regional stakeholders
• define and monitor product performance metrics
• lead and mentor business analysts and delivery team members.
