What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial
• run a high-volume docket
• handle state and federal litigation and work with experts in federal cases
• work with mediators in high-value cases
• lead, mentor, and train lawyers and Arizona staff
• develop staff processes and KPI systems
• use case-management technology and maintain data integrity
• manage deadlines and relationships with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
