Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist role is onsite in Northwood, OH, with a regular Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek; the schedule may include evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require. The specialist coordinates marketing campaigns and workflows, keeping projects, content, approvals, vendors, and reporting organized. The role also provides customer-facing sales support and front desk coverage as needed, helping marketing initiatives and customer inquiries move to the appropriate teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, print, email, social, direct mail, web, events, and customer communications
• manage timelines, workflows, approvals, and documentation
• support audience coordination, campaign deployment, and performance tracking
• prepare reports and recommendations
• maintain calendars, trackers, assets, and files
• create, edit, proofread, and coordinate marketing materials
• support website and email updates, launches, research, events, budgets, invoices, and vendors
• provide backup front desk coverage and assist with basic customer inquiries and authorized sales or service requests.
