The role helps clients navigate civil legal matters through intake, research, document preparation, case tracking, referrals, and support for attorney representation and community legal education.

What you'll do

• Conduct client intake, screening, referrals, and maintain electronic case files
• assist with case development through interviews, fact gathering, research, and investigation
• draft legal documents and coordinate filings and hearings
• support attorneys and advocates in representation, outreach, and legal education
• maintain case records and reporting
• build relationships with social service agencies and make referrals
• provide translation or interpretation when applicable
• travel to courts, agencies, and community locations
• comply with Legal Services Corporation regulations and organizational requirements.
