Behavior Technician — In-Home Applied Behavior Analysis

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Edison, NJ, working one-to-one with a student in the student’s home. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Achievement Behavior Services provides in-home applied behavior analysis services to families with children ages 3–23 and describes a mission of supporting sustainable progress and confidence. The technician follows an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan developed with a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collects progress data, and collaborates with the student’s support network. The role contributes to communication, focus, and adaptive behavior goals through structured, individualized sessions.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA services in a child’s home
• follow the individualized Behavior Intervention Plan
• collect numerical and qualitative data on goals
• document progress notes and data points
• collaborate with the supervising BCBA and other stakeholders
• use engaging play and structured learning approaches.
